René is a Christian truck driver who enjoys boxing, working out, and spending time with his wife and kids. He is also a candidate for female-to-male sex reassignment surgery. This documentary follows René as he is shunned by his church, faces conflict with his wife, interacts with supportive allies, and completes surgery.
